On-Site MAINTENANCE

We have a large number of  Technical Specialists and Engineers to provide On -Site Maintenance Services throughout Spain. Our expertise allows to provide a comprehensive maintenance service which includes all areas for self-service equipment solutions, cash management, and payment terminals:

We guide our processes to ensure compliance with service levels contracted by the client through a system that minimizes the number of visits/calls and time for intervention.

These processes have many controls that identified the parts needed and the action to be taken in the intervention, manage such parts, keep track of severe and repetitive breakdowns, perform an analysis of the impact assessments by studyng the return of the part for confirmation fault, control of messages types and levels of criticality, asign the spare/resource properly, and report and document compliance with the level of service purchased by the customer.

Centralized MAINTENANCE

Our Laboratory and Distributed Centers are specialized in the repair and overhaul of equipment and devices. We have human resources, diagnostics tools, and  appropiate equipment to carry out repair of modules, parts and components of the solutions which we provide technical support.

Plataforma Única’s Logistics Organization provides short repair times and costs adjusted, with a level of quality and responsiveness that situated us as a Referenced Center.

Additionaly, we also perform multiple staging activities,  molding, painting, and customization, specially for ATMs, recyclers, terminal acceptors, and kiosks collection.

Bring-in MAINTENANCE

Our solutions in «Bring-in» mode covers the full cycle of needs required to attend a maintenance technical service «Bring-in» of the highest quality and level of demand.

To meet this level of quality we proceed to identify the most suitable logistics centers for the distribution of equipment and devices that will ensure faster delivery to final destination / collection.

Plataforma Única applies a Test Service for all parts, modules, and components before shipment to field, packaging service of identification, checking service for the right identification of the part required, management service incidents part supply, repair service of returned parts after breakdown, utilization level identification of spare parts in field, destruction of waste material complying with environmental regulations, parts storage and distribution to point of service, and parts delivery in mobile centers billable consumption.
