Effective Management
We have designed an application that allows the control and management of the park equipments or devices, installations, moves, records and related documentation that are part of the client’s inventory.
The main purpose is to enable effective management and cost reduction in customer installed base by simplifying operations between departaments and the creation of a centralized framework to carry out installations, movements and management.
It has a user-friendly Web Interface which allows to access to all geolocation processes, implementation and administration of any order affecting the equipments or devices through three integrated modules:
1. Inventory Management
Provides a unified view of the network and all the information associated with each attribute of equipment:
• Location details.
• Tipe of item (marca, modelovendor, model, etc ).
• Technical configuration.
• Firmware features and software versions loaded.
• Information of degree of obsolescence and condition of use.
• Histrical movements associated with the equipment.
• Input and output information.
2. Order Fulfillment Management
It assigns and controls tasks which affect installations, relocations and movements of customer equipments and devices. The system evaluates the performance of service levels, makes audible and actively pursues the implementation of the different orders generated by the client’s installed base.
3. Documentation and Records Management
Performs filing and safekeeping of all documents and records in relate with devices or equipments which are part of the customer’s inventory. The system is designed to access quickly and securely to any information deemed appropiate to file regardless of the type of format used (Photos, PDF, Excel, Word, HTML, etc…).
